  • What happens after I send my inquiry?

    Oridian reviews the request, identifies the appropriate area and may ask for clarification. Work begins only after the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms have been accepted.

  • How much information should I include?

    Enough for Oridian to understand the need, who it is for and the outcome you want. Leave out passwords, payment information and government identification numbers.

  • Can I send documents or files?

    Only the translation request accepts a document, and that document is required before the request can be sent. PDF, Word or an image, up to 10 MB. The other forms do not take files.

  • Can I ask about more than one service?

    Yes. Describe each need in the same message, or send a separate inquiry if they should be reviewed on their own.
