Quality is controlled across the entire engagement.
From the first requirement through delivery and correction, Oridian controls the work through defined responsibilities, documented acceptance criteria, proportionate review and traceable evidence.

Timeliness
Oridian responds promptly, prioritizes matters according to their impact and establishes specific response and delivery targets for each engagement.
Confidentiality
Information is limited to authorized use, protected according to its sensitivity and shared only with the people who need it to perform the work.
Traceability
Material instructions, decisions, reviews, approvals, changes, incidents and deliveries are documented so the engagement can be understood and evidenced.
When something does not go as planned
Oridian records, contains, assesses, communicates, corrects and verifies confirmed issues, then uses the evidence to reduce the risk of recurrence.
How quality is applied throughout the engagement.
Correction, professional assignment, evidence and improvement.
Corrections
Oridian acts promptly to contain and correct confirmed errors. Confirmed errors attributable to Oridian within the original scope are corrected without additional charge. Specific correction targets are established according to the nature, impact and contractual conditions of the engagement.
Professional assignment
Oridian assigns work according to the competence, experience and authorization required by the engagement. Where a regulated activity is involved, the role and authority of the responsible professional are identified and verified.
Deletion and evidence
A client may request the return or deletion of files it provided, subject to applicable legal, contractual, professional and security requirements. Oridian may retain a limited audit record of the engagement where necessary to demonstrate what was requested, delivered and approved.
Improvement
What Oridian learns from delivery is used to improve the process, the controls, the people and, where appropriate, the technology supporting the work.
