Partners
A provider supplies a defined input. A partner participates in a reciprocal commercial, professional or delivery relationship governed by shared objectives, responsibilities and standards.
Built for clients and prospective partners.
For clients
Understand how another organization or specialist may participate in delivery, how responsibilities are divided and when that participation must be disclosed.
For prospective partners
Review the relationship models Oridian supports and the responsibilities that must be established before work begins.
Organizations Oridian may work with.
Depending on the requirement, Oridian may work with:
- Legal firms
- Language service providers
- Specialist consultants
- Resellers
- Referral partners
Ways we can work together.
Referral partnership
A partner introduces an opportunity and Oridian contracts directly with the client.
Reseller relationship
A partner markets an Oridian product or service under agreed commercial terms.
Partner-led commercial relationship
The partner maintains the commercial relationship while Oridian performs a defined part of the work.
Co-delivery
Both organizations participate in delivery, with their respective responsibilities documented before the work begins.
Specialist participation
A firm or professional contributes regulated or specialist capability within a defined scope.
Clear responsibility and appropriate disclosure.
Not every provider or contractor must be named to the client. Disclosure is required where identity affects professional validity, regulated work, contractual duties, direct client contact, material data transfer or clear responsibility.
White-label or partner-led delivery requires an approved contractual framework covering branding, responsibility, confidentiality, representation, quality, data protection, client contact and incident handling.
What Oridian reviews.
Every partner must support review of:
- Competence
- Credentials
- Confidentiality
- Security
- Capacity
- Conflicts
- Performance
A partnership should begin with clear responsibilities.
Tell us what kind of relationship you are considering, what each organization would be responsible for and how the client relationship would be structured.
