Professional Services & Technology Company

Built to give complex work a clear direction.

Oridian brings specialized professional services, accountable operations and technology into one organization — so clients can move work across disciplines without losing sight of responsibility.

Why Oridian exists

One organization, so responsibility does not fragment.

Oridian exists to bring specialized expertise, accountable operations and purpose-built technology into one organization, so clients can move complex work without fragmenting responsibility across disconnected providers.

What the model is

Different forms of work require different forms of responsibility.

  • Beyond recommendation

Oridian does not stop at recommendation. Where the engagement requires it, we can design the work, organize the people and systems behind it, and remain accountable through delivery.

  • Not undifferentiated capacity

Oridian is not structured around supplying undifferentiated capacity. People, processes and technology are organized around a defined professional or operational requirement, with responsibility established before delivery begins.

  • Not a software-only company

Oridian is not a software-only company. Our products are available as distinct platforms, while our solutions combine professional work, operations and technology according to the client’s requirement.

The work came first. The company grew around it.

Oridian was founded by Anderson Jeshua García Hernández from direct experience in language services and medical interpretation. The original objective was to build a professional translation and interpretation company capable of serving a growing regional market.

The operating requirements quickly made the opportunity larger. Translation and interpretation required better systems for assignment, coordination, control and evidence. That led to the development of ATIP as internal infrastructure, and later as a platform that other language-service organizations could adopt. The same pattern continued with electronic billing, automation and other operational systems.

From that progression, Oridian developed into a professional services and technology company: one where specialized work can be delivered directly, where recurring operations can be managed responsibly, and where software is developed from real operating needs rather than separated from them.

Institutional dates

Two moments, and they are not the same one.

Oridian was conceived, named and given its first public identity.
The company received its legal registration in El Salvador.

A compass, not a journey.

The name Oridian is associated with orientation, direction and deliberate movement. Its visual mark draws from the geometry of a compass: not as a symbol of travel, but as a representation of finding the right path through complex work.

How Oridian structures its work

Industries

The sectors where that work is delivered, and the conditions each one brings.

Explore Industries

Oridian develops and owns a portfolio of software products organized into suites. Transara is the first published suite in that portfolio.

Our services are strengthened by technology developed from real delivery needs. Oridian uses parts of its own technology to support service delivery, coordination and evidence. That internal use does not mean every client is purchasing a product. Products remain separately adoptable platforms with their own scope, licensing and product pages.

Internal teams, and a managed network around them.

Oridian combines internal teams with a managed network of professionals and specialist organizations. Regardless of the delivery structure, the engagement defines who is responsible, how the work is controlled and where professional or regulatory authority resides.

Accountability

Responsibility should remain visible as the work becomes more complex.

An engagement may involve several capabilities, systems and professionals. Oridian establishes who leads, where responsibility changes hands, what evidence remains and how issues are addressed when the work does not proceed as expected.

One clearly identified point of responsibility in front of the client, supported by defined roles, controlled handoffs, documented evidence and the ability to respond when something requires correction.

Headquartered in El Salvador, structured for the region.

Headquartered in El Salvador, Oridian is structured to serve clients across Central America and international markets. Local entities, offices and regulated-service availability are identified separately as the company establishes its presence in each jurisdiction.

Operating structure

Nine corporate responsibilities, not nine departments.

As Oridian grows, its operating structure is organized around nine corporate responsibilities. Individual leaders may hold more than one responsibility while the organization develops, but the functions themselves remain defined.

  • Executive direction
  • Engagement management
  • Service leadership
  • Quality and control
  • Technology and product
  • Operations
  • Legal and compliance
  • Finance and administration
  • Commercial and client relations
Principles that govern the work

How Oridian behaves and makes decisions.

  • Accountability

Responsibility must be identifiable before delivery begins.

  • Professional judgment

Technology, speed or client preference must not replace legal, technical or professional judgment.

  • Clarity

Scope, limitations, responsibilities and changes must be communicated clearly.

  • Evidence

Material decisions, approvals, work states and corrections should be traceable.

  • Confidentiality

Information must be used only for authorized purposes and protected according to its sensitivity.

  • Responsibility before automation

Automation supports the work; it does not remove human or organizational responsibility.

  • Improvement from delivery

Evidence from real work should strengthen processes, controls, people and technology.

What working with Oridian should feel like

The same standard, on both sides of the engagement.

  • Clients

Clients should experience professional attention from the first conversation through delivery and closure: clear communication, realistic expectations, visible responsibility, respectful handling of their information and a direct response when something requires attention.

  • Professionals and collaborators

Professionals should receive clear scope, appropriate information, reasonable expectations, access to the tools required for their role, professional respect and a fair opportunity to raise risks or report problems without pressure to conceal them.
