The model is straightforward: your office offers and charges the client for the service; Oridian carries out the translations at preferential rates for partner offices.
Before work begins, we coordinate the language, document volume, required format and delivery time with you. This gives you clear terms to present to your client.
We want to build a direct working relationship between offices, with clear communication for each request and continuity for recurring work.
Support that keeps pace with your office
- Priority attention. We prioritize requests from our partner offices and coordinate directly with you.
- Fast turnaround. Depending on document length and availability, a request received in the morning may be ready that same day. We confirm the turnaround time for each job.
- Expert translator coordination. When a procedure requires notarial protocol signing, we coordinate the translator’s availability.
- Rates designed for partnership. Our preferential rates are designed to give your office room for a margin when offering the service to its clients.
A clear price for every page
Rates for partner offices depend on the number of pages in each request. Each amount below is the price for one page:
- Requests of 2–4 pages: US$11.00 per page.
- Requests of 5–14 pages: US$9.50 per page.
- Requests of 15–29 pages: US$8.75 per page.
- Requests of 30–49 pages: US$8.00 per page.
- Requests of 50–99 pages: US$7.25 per page.
- Requests of 100 pages or more: quotation.
For example, a two-page request at US$11.00 per page costs US$22.00 for translation with Oridian.
These rates are available for recurring working relationships. The minimum charge is US$14.00 per request. Page volume is calculated separately for each request.
